【indications】used for the treatment of respiratory tract infections, typhoid fever and urinary tract infections caused by sensitive bacteria (non-β-lactamase producing strains).

【usage and dosage】
orally.
adults：0.5 g, every 6-8 h, not more than 4 g daily.
dose adjustment is required for patients with severe renal impairment, with 0.25-0.5 g every 12 hours for patients with endogenous creatinine clearance of 10-30 ml/min and 0.25-0.5g every 24 hours for patients with endogenous creatinine clearance less than 10 ml/min.
